TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

BY PURCHASING PARTS AND SERVICES FROM US, EITHER ON THE TELEPHONE OR DIRECTLY FROM THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE IN THIS SECTION.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

WARRANTIES

We offer a limited warranty on most parts, which entitles the purchaser to a free one-time replacement of the part during the warranty period. Unless specifically stated in your order confirmation, all parts, with the exception of parts sold on an "As Is" basis, are warranted for 30 days from date of purchase. If a part is defective or fails during the warranty period, PartsOnNet, will replace the part, or at its sole discretion, refund the amount paid for the part excluding shipping charges. The warranty covers Parts only. We do not warrant parts against any failures caused by abuse, damage, or error in installation or assembly. Warranty does not cover shipping or labor charges. Our warranty only covers a professional installation of our parts by an ASE certified mechanic consistent with the manufacturer recommended installation procedures.  Please inspect the part shipped to you immediately upon arrival to ensure that it is a correct part for your application.  Please note all parts sold must be installed within 30 days from the day of receipt of the part regardless of the length of the warranty period.  Warranty and wrong part claims made for parts not installed within this 30 period will not be honored.

We offer extended warranties on most parts for an additional charge.

Unless otherwise noted in writing in your order confirmation, the part you are purchasing is a recycled used part. Please be aware that sign of wear and rust are inevitable and unavoidable facts in dealing with used parts. While we guarantee all used parts to be functional and in working condition, we do not accept returns due cosmetic condition of the part unless these conditions effect functionality or performance of the part. We do not warranty replaceable bearings, joints, seals, gaskets and boots on any used parts or assemblies.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

PLEASE DO NOT REJECT THE SHIPMENT REGARDLESS OF THE REASON WITHOUT CONFERING WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND GETTING INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO. REJECTION OF A SHIPMENT WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO ADDTIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

DELIVERY BY PACKAGE CARRIERS

UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF ORDERING AND CONFIRMED IN WRITING IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING OUR CARRIERS TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DELIVERY DESTINATION WITH OR WITHOUT A SIGNATURE DELIVERY OR YOUR PRESENCE.  WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES TO YOUR LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE SPECIFIED A SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO YOUR DELIVERY LOCATION THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE AND SIGNATURE OF A RECIPIENT AT THE LOCATION.

ELECTRICAL PARTS

All electrical parts are non-refundable regardless of the reason. They can only be returned for replacement only. Electrical parts cannot be returned due to misdiagnosis of the problem or for the reason that you no longer need the part. Electrical parts include all car computers, modules, pumps, throttle bodies, speedometers and any automotive part that requires car electrical power to operate. Electrical parts are covered under our one-time replacement only warranty as long as we determine that the failure is not caused by abuse, damage or error in installation and assembly. Under our one-time replacement warranty, these parts will be replaced only with an identical part and part number and may not be replaced by different part or the same part with a different part number. Most electrical parts require programming before they can properly function in your vehicle. We will not refund or replace electrical parts unless you have properly programmed the part by the dealer or a repair shop with programming resources and tools capable of performing this work. An electrical part cannot be returned or refunded due to programming related issues. Please make sure that the part you are purchasing is programmable and you have the resources to have it programmed for your application. We will not refund or replace this part if you cannot find local shops or dealers capable of performing the required programming. We will send a replacement part only after receipt and acceptance of the original part.

PROCEDURES FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

Please call Customer Care at 610-458-8270 to discuss any issues you may have as soon as you receive the part. We will not be able to honor any requests for refund or replacement outside of the warranty period. The customer care representative will obtain information and open a trouble ticket. If your problem is a simple one, it may be resolved on the spot; if it is more complex, it will be escalated to one of our technical advisors. It is important for you to respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner, so that we may resolve any issues within the warranty period. We reserve the right to request a written diagnosis of any problems with a part from a qualified ASE certified mechanic.

If it is determined that a part must be returned, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will be given return instructions and an address that must be used to ship the part back. We recommend packing the part in the original box and getting a tracking number and adequate insurance since you will be responsible for any damages or loss in shipping. Providing us with your tracking number will expedite the acceptance of the part, replacement of the part, and issuance of any appropriate refund.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE PART BACK WITHOUT GETTING AN RMA AND RETURN ADDRESS FROM PARTSONNET. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL VOID OUR WARRANTY AND YOUR RIGHT FOR ANY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

RETURNS

We will replace a defective item or a wrong item shipped due to our mistake free of charge, and arrange to get the part back, either by providing a prepaid return label or sending a shipper to pick it up within first 10 days after you receive the part. After the first 10 days and for the remainder of the warranty period, you will be responsible for shipping the part back to us. A replacement part will be shipped when the first part is received back and accepted. You may request a replacement part be shipped to you before we receive the original part back, by authorizing an additional charge to your credit card to be refunded when the first part is later accepted. If we cannot replace your part, we will refund you for the part.

We rely on manufacturer information available in the industry to find a used replacement part for your vehicle based on the specifications you provide to us. It is our policy to confirm orders verbally at the time of ordering and via an email. It is your responsibility to let us know immediately of any errors in your order as quickly as possible prior to items being shipped to you. If the manufacturer's recommended replacement does not match the part you have on your vehicle, we will every effort to provide the part you need but assume no responsibility for any non-standard application.

We do not accept returns that were ordered in error or due to misdiagnosis or the reasons that he part is no longer needed. However, we will make every attempt to work with you and your mechanic to try to get the part that you need, and may at our sole discretion apply a portion of your original payment toward the new part. Any returns accepted by us will incur a minimum of 25% restocking fee ($25 minimum charge), and cost of all shipping and handling charges.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order within two hours after placing an order without any penalties as long as the part has not been shipped. Order cancellations after two hours before the part is shipped are subject to a %25 order cancellation and processing fees (minimum of $25). We do not accept changes or order cancellations after the part has been shipped.

It is our policy to process your order as soon as we receive it. But while we will make every attempt to have your order shipped to you quickly, we will not be responsible for any delays in shipping and factors beyond our direct control. Please be aware that in many instances, a used part ordered may still be on a vehicle and must be taken off and examined and tested before shipment. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by the need to find a replacement for an originally intended part that is determined to be unacceptable. Delays and errors in shipping and order processing cannot be used to cancel an order under any circumstances.

ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, AND DIFFERENTIALS

Unless specifically stated in your order confirmation, all engines are sold as long blocks with no add-ons attached. Engines, transmissions and differentials are drained of fluids and must be fully inspected and filled with manufacturer recommended fluids during installation. All freighted items are expected to be delivered to trucking terminal for pickup or a repair shop equipped with lift apparatus to accommodate item delivery. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs in handling the freighted item if the repair shop is not properly equipped with ability to unload the item. It is your responsibility to ensure that your repair shop is open and accessible on the day of shipment delivery during normal business hours. You are also responsible for any additional shipping and delay charges which may occur due to your mechanic shop not being able to accommodate the shipment delivery on the specified date.

PLEASE REVIEW THE PART SPECIFICATIONS IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION. PLEASE NOTE THESE SPECIFICATIONS ARE THE ONLY SPECIFICATIONS THAT DETERMINE THE PART THAT WILL BE SENT TO YOU. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VERBAL MISINTERPRETATION OR MISUNDERSTANDING OF SPECIFICATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF THE PART THAT MAY ARISE AT THE TIME OF ORDERING UNLESS THESE SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.
